Iris at San Ysidro

The Iris at San Ysidro offers 100 stunning apartment homes for residents earning at or below 60% of the area median income. Fifteen apartments are reserved as Permanent Supportive Housing for residents who have experienced homelessness. Fifty apartments include enhanced mobility access features and five  include communications access features.

The four-story transit-oriented development offers a host of amenities, including access to Howard Lane Park, which recently underwent $5 million in restorations, street safety and sidewalk improvements that will benefit the entire neighborhood.

The Iris is located near a trolley station and bus lines, family health facilities, employment centers and is less than a half-mile from an elementary school. The development includes a community room, private offices for case management services, a courtyard play area for children and outdoor seating and gathering areas.
